Crimsand is a block which can be found in a Crimson Desert. It replaces sand when Crimson biome overlaps with sand block. After the Wall of Flesh is defeated and the Crimson expands, all affected Silt will turn into Crimsand. Silt will not turn into Crimsand after the initial expansion. If enough Crimsand are in an area, it will make the Crimson Desert which will then spawn different enemies than normal Deserts.
