I just used the Eye in 1.2 during day without loosing stacks. Apparently, this can no longer be used during day.
Talk: using the item with < 200 health[]
It appears as if the eye cannot be used at night with less than 200 health. As the boss doesn't appear before this time, this makes sense, but should be noted.
