The Cyborg is a Post-PlanteraNPC that will appear when you have defeated Plantera and have a vacant house available. He sells The Cyborg clothes, Nanites, Rockets and the Proximity Mine Launcher.

The name "Fender" is most likely a reference to the character Fender from the film, Robots.
The name "Fender" may also be likely to be named after "Bender" from "Futurama"
The name "A.N.D.Y." is thought to be a reference to the character "Deputy Andy", the android law enforcer on Eureka, the Stephen King novel series "The Dark Tower" which featured a robot named Andy.
