Dragon armor

Template:Armor infobox Template:Console/mobile only Dragon armor is a top tier armor, which before the 1.2 update for console resembled a recolored Jungle armor.

It consists of a Dragon Mask, Dragon Breastplate and Dragon Greaves.

A full set grants 65 defense (77 in mobile), 15% increased melee damage, 25% increased critical strike chance, 21% increased melee speed and 31% increased movement speed. In earlier versions the Dragon Mask could be found in Golden Chests and is considered one of the rarest armor parts in the game along with its matching breastplate and greaves. In terms of defense, it is the strongest available armor on Mobile. Each separate piece of dragon armor has a 11% chance to be dropped by Ocram.

Notes

• Dragon Armor used to be a recolored version of the Jungle Armor. But, with the console 1.2 update, it, along with all console-exclusive armor and enemies, got a new sprite.
• Dragon Armor is considered the warrior variant of the top tiers of console version armors.
• Dragon Armor leaves behind an afterimage similar to the Cobalt, Hallowed, Shadow, Necro armor and the Ninja Clothes Vanity item.
• If you combine Dragon Armor with Melee Speed increasing accessories (With Violent modifiers), you can make many auto-swing melee weapons blindingly fast (Such as a Legendary Picksaw)
• Template:Console iconIf you wear a Shroomite breastplate and Shroomite leggings ( part of Shroomite armor ) with the Dragon Mask then you have the highest total of defense. (66 defense)
• the Terra Blade works very well with Dragon Armor because of the increased melee damage&speed (melee speed increases the velocity of the Terra Blade's projectile)
• On an awkward note, the spectral subligar on the mobile version has 1 more defense than the dragon greaves on the mobile version, but putting on the subligar won't give the set bonus.
• The item with the highest melee speed boost upon equipping dragon armor is the Paladin's Hammer.
