The Lesser Mana Potion restores 50 mana when used. It is sold by the Merchant for 2. Lesser Mana Potions also spawn on wooden platforms in the dungeon.
As of 1.0.6, consuming any Mana Potion (Greater, Regular, or Lesser) will not enact the Potion Sickness debuff, allowing magic-oriented players greater longevity in long battles and boss fights. Wearing a Mana Flower lets a player consume mana potions automatically.
As of 1.2.3, consuming any Mana Potion (Super, Greater, Regular, or Lesser) will apply the Mana Sickness debuff.
