The Platinum Shortsword is the platinum equivalent of the Gold Shortsword. It is currently the most powerful shortsword in the game, doing more damage and attacking faster than its gold alternative.

Like all shortswords, this sword has a very limited range and attacks with a horizontal stabbing motion instead of an arc, which makes it very inconvenient to use against flying or jumping enemies. It can be effective against fighter type enemies.

Its best Modifier is Legendary.
