The Pumpkin Moon Medallion is used to summon the Pumpkin Moon event. It can only be used at night. Attempting to use it during the day will not begin the event, and the Medallion item will not be consumed from your inventory. The Pumpkin Moon event will end at dawn if not completed by then.

Tips

• The Pumpkin Moon is a challenging endgame event with several of the most difficult enemies and bosses in the game. Your chances of completing it, or of killing enough enemies to collect rare drops, are better if you use the Medallion the moment night arrives, to give yourself maximum time before dawn arrives and the event cuts off.
• A useful way to help yourself stay alive is setting up a teleportation to the nurse and teleporting there when you are low on health and healing yourself.
