The Meatball is an item in the Flails weapon category, crafted using Crimtane Bars and Tissue Samples. It is the equivalent of the Ball O' Hurt, which is obtained in the Corruption biome rather than the Crimson biome. You can get the ingredients by defeating Brain of Cthulhu.

• The Meatball is one of only two craftable flails in the game, the other one being the Dao of Pow.
• The Meatball also has 1 extra damage to the Ball O' Hurt.
• The Meatball reaches slightly farther than the Ball O' Hurt.
