Tipsy is a debuff that decreases defense and increases melee stats. The exact effects are as follows:

• -4 defense
• +2% critical hit on melee attacks
• +10% melee attack speed
• +10% melee damage

While the effects are mostly beneficial, it is still a debuff and therefore cannot be removed by right-clicking the icon. Additionally, it can be removed by healing at the Nurse.

Notes

• When the player has this debuff, they will droop their eyes.
• This debuff also increases whip speed.
