Cursed Inferno is a debuff which prevents health regeneration and causes the afflicted NPC or player to lose Desktop version 20 / Mobile version 12 / Console Version 6 health per second for the duration of the debuff.

Desktop and Mobile versions If the afflicted target is Oiled, they will take 44 damage per second instead.

Immune NPCs[edit | edit source]

  • Desktop 1.4.1:
    • Damage per second increased again from 12 to 20 on the enemy version of the debuff.
    • Many more enemies are now susceptible to Cursed Inferno.
  • Desktop 1.4.0.1:
    • Damage per second doubled from 6 to 12 for both players and enemies.
    • Ghoul, Clinger, and Spazmatism Cursed Inferno duration decreased somewhat to mitigate the increased danger to the player.
