The Pumpkin Moon Medallion is used to summon the Pumpkin Moon event. It can only be used at night. Attempting to use it during the day will not begin the event, and the Medallion item will not be consumed from the player's inventory. The Pumpkin Moon event will end at dawn (4:30 AM) if not completed by then.
