    Trivia[]

    • Prior to the 1.3.0.1 update, Red's Wings had the ability to hover and granted unlimited flight, similar to the Soaring Insignia.
    • Pieces from the set used to have the tooltip “You shouldn't have this” and would inflict the player with a variety of debuffs, killing most players almost immediately when equipped.
    • The armor somewhat resembles the Dark Knight armor of Cecil Harvey or Golbez, the hero and primary antagonist from the video game Final Fantasy IV, respectively.
      • Red's Wings may also be a reference the Red Wings of Baron, the antagonistic army which both Cecil and Golbez led at different points of the game.
    • Prior to 1.3, if the Frost Breastplate and Leggings were paired with a Gold Helmet, and all pieces were dyed with Blue Flame and Black Dye, it would cause an afterimage and pulsing aura, akin to Hallowed armor. That was the armor Red used to wear before this set was added.
