I think the Well Fed buff should last 8 minutes instead of 10. The reason of this is we should normally have 3 meals a day. Plus, it says that 1 hour in Terraria is equivalent to 1 minute. What do you people think?— Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.144.140.213

For one, where in the world did you get the notion that this was a forum? This is a wiki. Do not Put suggestions on here in the future, remember to sign your posts with ~~~~. Good day.205.211.96.100 19:11, 5 June 2013 (UTC)

Increased Life Regeneration?[]

Why is this feature not listed in the wiki? The in-game tooltip indicates it's there

Not every item giving the buff is listed[]

Damage increase changed as of 1.3?[]

With the Well Fed buff (and no damage-boosting accessories, as of 1.3.0.8), Gold Coins deal 104 base damage, rather that 105 as the wiki implies. However, platinum coins deal a base damage of 209 while having the Well Fed buff, so is damage increased by 4.5% rather than 5% as of 1.2? FargoGoosey (talk) 17:29, 20 December 2015 (UTC)

Do these effects stack?[]

If I eat a Pumpkin Pie and a Christmas Pudding, do they add +4 to my defense? Or once you are "well fed" can you not eat any more? Sorry, I haven't played in a while... Ferretwings (talk) 04:44, 26 February 2016 (UTC)

increased Mining Speed[]

The page doesn't mention it, but I'm pretty sure that the food buff also increases mining speed.

Indeed. I just tested a molten pickaxe with dirt; without food took about 6 seconds to dig 28 blocks (which matches the known speed), but when exquisitely stuffed it took closer to 5 seconds. But I didn't time it precisely enough to want to add this. And I also don't know if I'm contributing to this discussion in the right way User-23515414 (talk) 11:59, 31 May 2020 (UTC)

References[]

The references don't make much sense, as they say all data is taken from 1.3.5.3, yet for two of them they were only added in 1.4.0.1. Could the inconsistency be cleared up? Also which stat increases do the other game versions get, level 1? Frozenreflex1 (talk) 14:32, 7 July 2020 (UTC)
