You can consult the Gamepedia Help Wiki for information regarding editing any Gamepedia wiki. You might consider going through the tutorial there. A link to the main page of that wiki is always in the sidebar, by the way.
The time stamps may be off because the wiki uses UTC, the primary time standard of the world, for displaying static time stamps (like the ones on pages).
