Reporting Vandalism
Thank you for reporting vandalism, but when it comes to user accounts (as opposed to simple IP addresses), the idea is to warn these users before reporting. There have been a couple times lately where I warned somebody and then they stopped vandalizing, but then you proceeded to report them anyway. Reporting vandalism is generally a last resort, to be taken if reversions and warnings have been ignored or if the vandalism is extreme. That is the reason why I didn't report those users.
