Anklet of the Wind

The Anklet of the Wind is an accessory that can be found in Ivy Chests in the Underground Jungle, or obtained from Jungle Crates. It gives a 10% bonus to movement speed. The effect also stacks with the movement speed bonus of the Aglet.
