The Blue Horseshoe Balloon is an accessory that grants immunity to fall damage, increases jump height by 75%, and grants a double-jump. The height of the first jump is increased from 6 blocks to 10½ blocks, while the double-jump's height is increased from 5 blocks to 9 blocks, reaching a total of 19½ blocks with both jumps.

Jump height is instead reduced by 15% when underwater, reducing your total underwater height from 15 blocks (8 + 7 from Cloud jump) to 13 blocks (7 + 6 from Cloud jump).

• None of the Horseshoe Balloons can be crafted with an Obsidian Horseshoe; the original Lucky Horseshoe must be used.
• Of all the Horseshoe Balloons, the Blue Horseshoe Balloon has the smallest jump.
• When used with wings, the double jump must be used to activate the wings; otherwise, holding the ↷ Jump button after the first jump will begin a glide. This is the only Horseshoe Balloon that exhibits this behavior with wings.
