Coffee is a consumable food item dropped by the Man Eater, Angry Trapper, and Snatcher at a 3.33% rate, as well as by Bone Lee at a 10% rate. When consumed, it grants the Plenty Satisfied buff. This lasts for 10 minutes, but can be canceled at any time by selecting the icon and canceling it in the equipment menu () or by double-tapping the buff icon ().

Trivia

• Coffee's tooltip is reference to the song "Sound Of Silence" performed by Simon & Garfunkel, housing the lyric: "Hello darkness my old friend".
• Drinking coffee is known for making you feel more alert and hyper, which is probably why it is dropped by the manic Bone Lee.
