Cursed Inferno is a debuff which prevents health regeneration and causes the afflicted NPC or player to lose 6 health per second for the duration of the debuff. If the afflicted target is Oiled, they will take 18 damage per second instead. Unlike On Fire!, entering water will not cancel the debuff.
There are no means through which a player can gain immunity to the Cursed Inferno debuff.
Enemies immune to Cursed Inferno are also immune to Shadowflame.
