The Frostspark Boots are an accessory crafted by combining Lightning Boots and Ice Skates together at a Tinkerer's Workshop, and provides the benefits of both. Despite of the tooltip stating they give a movement speed bonus of 7%, the actual bonus is 8%, the same as Lightning Boots.

Frostspark Boots display a different particle effect than the Spectre Boots or Lightning Boots: they produce snow clouds similar to those made by the Blizzard in a Bottle.

Notes

• This item increases the player's base speed from 15 mph to 34 mph.
• This item will also stack with wings, granting a flight time bonus for the wings. The cloud effect will not show when stacking though.

Trivia

• They were incorrectly called "Sparkfrost Boots" in the Terraria 1.2.1.2 changelog. Their name still appears as such in some places within the game's source code.
• This accessory is one of the few pre-Hardmode accessories to have the lime base rarity.
