A Ghost is a Hardmode enemy that spawns during the Halloween season. It is found at the Cavern and Underground layer. Ghosts will behave like Wraiths in the fact that they will pass through solid tiles to reach the player.
Ghosts appear to be able to fly, however, in empty air, they can only hover slightly off the ground. When passing through tiles, they are able to fly upwards freely.
Tips
- Ghosts can be attacked through walls with melee weapons that cannot usually hit through walls - this makes spears especially effective.
- Low-knockback weapons are effective due to the confined nature of the underground.
