The Hand Warmer is an accessory which has a 0.62% (1 in 161) chance of being obtained from Presents. When equipped, it grants the player immunity against the Chilled and Frozen debuffs.

Trivia

• Along with the Pocket Mirror, the Hand Warmer is one of the only two debuff-negating accessories that are not used to craft the Ankh Shield. This is probably due to the fact that the Hand Warmer is a very rare item to obtain.
