The Iron Broadsword is an early game metal sword. It is more powerful than the Copper and Tin Broadswords, and slightly less powerful than its alternate ore version, the Lead Broadsword. Like all broadswords, this sword is swung in an arc motion, which is more useful for killing flying and jumping monsters than shortswords. On the  Mobile version, it can be purchased from the Merchant for 18.

Its best Modifier is Legendary.
