The Lamia clothes are a vanity set which consist of the Lamia Mask, Lamia Wraps and the Lamia Tail. Each piece has a rare chance of dropping from the Lamia.

Trivia

• The full set strongly resembles a tainted Lamia.
• The female version of the set has the chest covered with wraps, while the Lamia enemy doesn't wear any wraps.
• The mask, the Robot Hat, and the Hero's Hat are the only Vanity items that appear to change the character's hairstyle.
• The Lamia Wraps appear completely invisible on mannequins, but can still be obtained after placing.
