The Old Walking Stick summons a slow-walking Old Lady. It is purchased from the Clothier. If the player gets ahead of the Old Lady, however, she will fly after the player until she is close to them, at which point she will start walking again.

Trivia

• The Old Lady Pet bears resemblance to the Old Woman from Worms, and is one of four references between the two games.
