The Slice of Cake was an unimplemented item introduced in 1.3.2. Although it has an image and associated stats, there is no way to obtain it in-game, and it will vanish from the player's inventory if edited in via third-party tools.

The Slice of Cake appears to have an associated debuff named Sugar Rush in the game code, although its intended effects are unknown.
