Pirate Captain Drop

Eye patches appearing
In multiplayer, my partner and I had defeated the pirates, gone home, then suddenly an eyepatch spawned in his inventory along with pickup text. About an hour later one spawned in my inventory along with pickup text. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.203.94.48 at 03:52, 13 November 2013
Equipping under items
"Other items can be placed on top of the slot for the Eye Patch, saving up an item space. This may be intentional, in order to use this item with the Sailor Hat and other vanity items."
What does this mean? I've tried equipping items "over" it, and equipping it over other items, but they just replace. How is this supposed to work? --FungusTrooper (talk) 19:34, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
